• Rescheduling: We kindly request a 24-hour notice for any rescheduling requests. Rescheduled tours must be completed within one year of the original booking date.

• Cancellation and Refunds: Please be advised that we do not offer cancellations or refunds for booked tours.

• Liability Notice: Sunset Meadow Farm shall not be held liable for any injury or death sustained by participants during agritourism activities. Participants acknowledge and assume the inherent risks associated with such activities, including but not limited to those related to land, equipment, animals, and personal negligence.

• Age Restrictions: Agritourism activities at our farm are suitable for individuals aged 8 and above.

• Photography: We welcome and encourage photography during your visit.

• Attire Recommendations: Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear for your safety and comfort during the tour.

• Restroom Facilities: Please note that we do not have public restroom facilities on-site. Yoder's store, located just one mile down the road, is open Monday through Saturday until 5PM. We kindly request that you utilize these facilities prior to your tour.
